  • Start each day with Thanksgiving.
  • Meditate for at least 15 mins a day.
  • Speak life over your life/day. Daily declarations.
  • Move with intention. Ask yourself if what you are doing is in alignment with what you want/need? If it’s not, re-adjust and re-route.
  • Walk for 30 minutes a day. Consider this a part of your daily routine; make it a habit, an ADL (activity of daily living).
  • Additional workouts are a bonus – you know what you need, do it.


  • Reduce/Refrain from processed foods.
  • Eat a whole foods diet.
  • Eat within the season.
  • Drink more water – at least 8 glasses/day.

Sunday will be Self Love Sunday. This is a time when we will reflect on the previous week and make adjustments as needed for the next week to assist in attaining your goals. We will set intentions for the week. Eat light on this day to aid in gaining clarity. You may consider fasting (water, smoothie, or juice fast) if inclined.
